I’ve had a gift certificate for Legacy Chocolates in a nearby town for, oh, five months and just hadn’t found the time to stop in. Part of it probably was to avoid the temptation of buying their delectable truffles (which I have enjoyed as a gift) but finally today I stopped buy to pick up a coffee and spend a few minutes in the store.

That’s right, I said what everyone has been wanting to say out loud for a while now. It’s impossible to navigate, looks like it was made in 1997, doesn’t look anything like your other marketing materials, plays crazy music, only talks about the great and wonderful things you’ve done, and worst of all, no one is visiting it.

One of my children is wonderfully creative. He excels at coming up with unique designs for everything from Legos to artwork. In his spare time, he uses his talent to tell stories and dresses up to act them out for us. When he smiles he can light up the room. I can’t wait to see what he decides to do in life as an occupation. Full of potential, talent and deep resources.
